Pano Yeracaris leads Network Health’s clinical affairs activities, which include integrated care management, medical management, behavioral health, social care management, clinical community outreach, program evaluation, pharmacy services, and quality improvement. He also oversees Network Health’s clinical and wellness programs for members with chronic and acute medical conditions and special needs, such as asthma, diabetes, and physical disabilities. Pano is a member of the Board of Directors at the New England Eye Institute, where he also serves on the Executive Committee and chairs the Clinical Systems Committee. He is also a clinical instructor at Harvard Medical School.
Pano has over 30 years' medical practice and leadership experience. Prior to Network Health, he served as chief medical officer of Health Services Partnership and medical director for its two member health centers; as physician leader at Health Care Plan; assistant clinical professor at the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Medicine; and consultant for Capital University of Medical Sciences in Beijing, China, and for a USAID Managed Care Project in Zimbabwe through the Harvard School of Public Health.
Pano earned his medical degree at the State University of New York at Buffalo and completed his residency in family medicine at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He also earned a Master of PUblic Health with a concentration in Health Care Management from Harvard School of Public Health, and a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard College. He is board certified in family medicine.
