Seasonal allergies

Loading...

In the spring we look forward to warmer weather, longer days, and trees and flowers blooming.  However, if you have allergies, the trees and flowers blooming can cause sneezing, itchy eyes, and stuffy noses. Here are helpful hints to make you less likely to suffer from seasonal allergies:

  • Close your windows and doors to keep the pollen out of your home.
  • When pollen counts are high, stay inside and avoid outdoor activities.
  • Don’t mow your grass or rake the leaves, both activities can trigger allergies.
  • Keep your car windows closed while driving.
