Marcos Sprovieri is our relations manager serving the central, southern, and western regions of Massachusetts. When he started as a community relations representative at Network Health seven years ago, Marcos supported the efforts of community groups to educate members about their Network Health plan. Now, as a provider relations representative, Marcos advocates for providers, facilitating the resolution of any unexpected issues.

Marcos is also working tirelessly to support the current expansion of Network Health’s provider network, particularly in western Massachusetts. “My job is all about communication,” says Marcos. “If a provider calls or e-mails me, I will always get back to them. It’s important to me that my providers feel the lines of communication are open, and that they know I’m someone who really cares about helping them.”
