What technology do you use to help your patients?
HealthCare Administrative Solutions, Inc. (HCAS) will begin collecting information about provider health technology use through this online survey to meet the All-Payer Claims Database (APCD) requirements established by the Massachusetts Division of Health Care Finance and Policy. The survey will assess your use of electronic health records, electronic prescribing systems, practice management systems, patient portals, health information exchanges, and eVisits.
To avoid duplicate survey requests from various health plans, HCAS developed this survey on behalf of participating health plans, including Network Health. Facilities and large provider groups may submit their survey responses in one group submission to streamline the survey process.
